  • Care Support Worker

    £12.44 per hour

    Care Support Workers at Anchorpoint Home Care are dedicated to meeting the needs of service users with dignity and promoting independence. Their responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, and providing support within the home. Carers are also expected to maintain accurate reports, participate in meetings and training sessions, and adhere to organisational policies. They strive to keep service users as independent as possible, involve families in care plans, and respond promptly to any changes in health.
